The Play
GOD OF CARNAGE — Yasmina Reza's razor-edged comedy of manners. Eleven-year-old boys fight in a park. Their parents meet like diplomats over coffee and clafoutis. Within ninety minutes the coffee is gone, the diplomacy is gone, and four immaculately reasonable adults are behaving worse than their children.
Winner of the Tony Award for Best Play and the Olivier Award for Best New Comedy, performed worldwide and adapted for film by Roman Polanski. Roommate Art's production is performed in Farsi for Calgary's Persian-speaking audience.
